About IT Portfolio
Founded in 2001 by Mark Lessner and Jack
Drose, IT Portfolio set out to provide not only
a higher standard of service, but the type of IT
advice that businesses were lacking. Both Lessner
and Drose understood the unique paradox that
small and medium size businesses face: How do
you implement technology solutions or even
consider them when you don't know where to
start. To resolve this, IT Portfolio
began providing free Advisory Services. These
Advisory Services allow IT Portfolio customers
to ask questions, seek advice and develop
technology action plans that meet both their
short and long term business needs without
the high cost. By combining free Advisory Service with
superior technical support and technicians that
speak with customers, not at them, IT Portfolio
developed a program for success in 2001 that
remains the cornerstone of their business today.
